GENERAL GUIDELINES
Please complete all fields possible. The phone number is mandatory. Complete the phone number without spaces and without the country code. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do deliver to BFPO numbers. The rates to these addresses are the same as United Kingdom. Please select United Kingdom as the country for delivery to a BFPO. We deliver during business hours, please avoid using an address where you know the recipient will be abscent most of the day. In some countries the deliverer will leave the parcel 'on the porch'
RESPONSIBILITIES SWEETS2
sweets2 accepts responsibility for the timely delivery of your order, however sweets2 is not responsible for failed deliveries when (1) the customer provides an incorrect or outdated address (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated (2 minimum) delivery attempts, or (3) the customer does not promptly (24 hours) provide a corrected/new delivery address. If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 2 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer will be charged for the delivery and handling as well as £15 for the return and cancellation fee sweets2 will however resend your gift to a new address at the customer's request, if the customer agrees to pay the delivery and handling charge a second time.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES GUIDELINES
Recipients may be charged duties or custom fees for deliveries outside the European Union it is also possible that customs want to physically inspect the parcel. This usually delays the delivery by 24-72 hours. We cannot be held responsible for this unfortunate event.
We do NOT deliver to the USA, Canada, India, Pakistan and several other countires because of import restrictions there.
We also reserve the right not to dispatch in adverse weather conditions or to a country with which we have had previous trouble over none delivery etc.
THE OPTIONS FOR UK DELIVERY ARE AS FOLLOWS AND ARE CALCULATED ON WEIGHT.
Please remember that the Net Weight on the item does not include either Manufacturer's packaging or ours

Standard Delivery £1.20 up to £5 (UK)
If your order is not urgent you can use the Standard delivery option - Royal Mail 1st class at the check out process. Orders made on Friday after 2pm UK, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday. As we use the Post Office and Parcel Force for these deliveries we are unable to specify an exact delivery date with this option. Orders can take up to 5 days for UK delivery and 12 weeks for International delivery.
Express Delivery: Royal Mail Next Day (orders must be received before 2pm UK time) FROM £5.90 (UK)
Select this option for guarenteed delivery by 1pm next business day (NOT Saturday or Sunday), For Highlands, Islands, and NI will be 2 days.
ROYAL MAIL SATURDAY SERVICE FROM: £8.50 (UK)
Use this option if you want a Saturday delivery by 1pm, orders must be in by 2pm UK time on Friday to use this service.
Courier Service: FROM £8.50 (UK mainland only)
Orders over 2kg in weight will be dispatched by courier unless you specify differently at checkout
For Express and Courier services you must also be there to 'sign for' your package or it may well be left with a neighbour. If you are not going to be in consider sending to a work address
